My friend Natalie called me yesterday and asked about canning applesauce. She had never done it by herself and had a few questions. Next thing you know, Natalie and I are in applesauce up to our elbows ALL day today. We bottled 66 cans! Lexi (Natalie's little girl) and Gage were SO helpful as you can see. Especially with taste testing.
