It only takes 3 sometimes

We looked at a house that a member our ward is moving out of. It is at the top of our list for 3 reasons.

Reason 1: A large and spacious kitchen.... for Germany that is. Yes, this is the biggest kitchen (and newest one) that we have seen so far. The house was an addition to the landlord's house a couple of years ago so it's pretty new. The heat is in the floors which is a major bonus. 90% of the houses we have seen are heated by oil. They have these HUGE tanks of oil in the basement that you have to refill plus, some basements smell so horendously of the oil. I have had my breath taken away in a couple of basements because the smell was so strong. Doesn't make you feel safe that's for sure. Reason 2: It has a beautiful view. This shows the village church at the top of the stairs. It's just so pretty. You have to see it in person (hint, hint, wink, wink).
Reason 3: This is completely Jake's reasoning and none of my own. It has a urinal. On the otherside of the sink and cupboard is the urinal attached to the wall. Not only does it have a urinal but the urinal has a target. NOT ONLY a target but the target is a picture of a flag in a hole... that's right, a golf flag.
I think we have our priorities right, don't you?
